Charts provide factual information much as a EKG does. Charts are to traders what instrument readings of an airplane are to its pilot. Not using a chart to evaluate the price and volume activity of the stock is like flying without a road map. At Darvas Investment Management, we utilize day charts, minute charts, weekly charts, and monthly charts in establishing trends and determining entry and exit points for a trade. Everything is a trade, and nothing is an investment for us.
